Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Eligible items may be:

  • Refunded to the original form of payment

  • Exchanged for another product

  • Issued store credit

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and health of all pets, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened treats or food (including raw or dehydrated items)

  • Chews, bones, or edible products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Special order items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Online Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
