  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your order unless otherwise specified.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing speed.

By placing an international order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country.

  • We are not responsible for customs clearance delays.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with local import regulations.

  • Items confiscated by customs

  • Delays due to inspection

  • Additional fees charged by customs authorities

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of package

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at highkountrypet@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

8. Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Customs processing
